Simply choose the product you want, and you'll be able to add custom text, names, designs, or image. You can either submit your own images or have a design created for you by our team.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalized products unless the item arrives damaged or there's an error on our part. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions section (located on each page of our website).

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Absolutely! We offer bulk orders for corporate gifts, events, and special occasions. Please reach out to us for special pricing and customization options. Production times vary depending on the size of the order.

To keep your wood item looking its best, avoid exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. Dust gently with a soft cloth, and if needed, use a mild wood cleaner (use cutting board conditioner on those items) to maintain its natural beauty.

Most personalized items ship within 5-7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but you can expect to receive your order within 10-14 business days in most cases.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

We currently do not offer gift wrapping, but we do offer personalized gift ribbon (at an additional cost).
