Product Specifications
Our candles are approximately 7oz, and room sprays are approximately 2oz. Due to the natural variations in wood grain, patterns on wood items may vary, making each piece unique. These natural characteristics are not considered defects but rather part of the product’s charm. By purchasing from EBD Designs, you acknowledge and accept these variations.
Return and Refund Policy
All personalized products are made to order and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is a mistake on our part. EBD Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. Room/Linen sprays & candles are not refundable or able to be exchanged once used. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are issued solely at our discretion. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information for customization and understand that production and shipping timelines may vary.
